Always well dressed

Smart Store’s 22-member staff could rather be called smart customer assistants instead of ordinary salespersons. They attended a 3 month special training, learning everything about the specifications of the smart phones, the unique features of the operations systems and the related Vodafone services, to enable them to answer all possible questions. You will find all of them speaks good English besides their Hungarian, but thanks to them, we’re also ready to serve German- or Spanish-speaking customers as well.
Their uniform was selected in a contest, Vodafone smART, where besides Vodafone representatives, the jury consisted of such well-known professionals as Tibor Kiss, designer of Je Suis Belle. The winning outfit was designed by Kepp showroom, a team of four young female fashion designers. Katalin Huszár-Berényi took the second place while Kriszta Szakos’s work came in third best.
